UBAS Season 3 Conference Final (there's only one left)

So if there were only two teams left in the ABA and it came down to game 6, which would you guess... an imminent game 7 or represent the ABA in the Finals?

Maybe Total ratings will help?  great game by BDiddy, Neil Johnston and Chuck - Brown has his eye back in... no... too close to call...

( 4- 2)  New York Rens   25   26   35   36   -   122  (Baron Davis 24)
( 2- 4)  Trenton Tigers  22   33   35   28   -   118  (Elgin Baylor 24)

A furious fourth quarter in a hard-fought series sees the might New York Rens advance over the pesky Trenton Tigers to face the powerhouse Akron Firestones!  Unlike some writers I'm hyped to see a New York team in the Finals (wish it was the Knicks of course... but great to see all the same).
The game was a tough encounter with that brutal feel you only get in elimination games.  The home town Tigers entered the fourth with a slim 4 point lead but the game bounced backwards and forwards between the teams all the way through the fourth - tied 10 times in the last 10 minutes.  It was locked at 104 when downtown Fred Brown released a deep three that propelled the Rens on a 7-0 run - hey that didn't sound much but in the fourth that was all the difference.  Glamack was awesome but his injury on the Brown 3 may have sealed the fate of Trenton - not bad for a player who was picked up off Free Agent list at the start of the season.  In the end they Tigers couldn't do it without Gus but they had a great run this year...

Congrats to the Rens.

Finals RENS V FIRESTONES - let's go!!
