Day 14 and the injuries continue to mount up - fortunately no massive impacts today with Eric Gordon being the longest but relatively inconsequential and David West's 5 games perhaps the biggest impact... for me I'm glad to get a few injuries out the way and hope Duncan, Dr J and co can stay healthy the rest of the way. Whilst I have the mic I'll explain the Dr J for Bird trade - I love Larry (the only Celtic I will ever love I suspect), but Dr J is a trend-setting fave too - when I ran simulations the difference was almost none but it was that injury thing. See it doesn't matter if you get injured in the season so much provided you notch up enough wins, but come the playoffs... that damn injury thing is soooo important! May even cost Cleveland the title?

Harlem has made a good start to the season (but where was Wilt the MVP today - didn't see him in the top 10 which is rare to say the least. Probably cos the game was a bit of a blowout I grant you - and in blowout wins you don't hold just 7 guys in the game guys - c'mon you wouldn't do it in a real game would you? Yes it inflates stats and can make bigger point differential but it's not the 'right' way to play eh?
