Good job Chris Gattling - very highly rated guy this year when he plays and an unsung hero for Dallas - 22/8 on 90% shooting will work to fill the void - yes they won this without West! - one more game and the logo returns and Dallas will look to make a run at Utah.

A little scheduling luck for the Stars as the Royals come visiting at the right time to get a nudge in the right direction. Comfy win for the Stars as Bird found his groove - interesting that both Viriginia and Utah have done well from the Bird/Havlicek trade. Havlicek will always do well in the league as he's able to play lots of minutes and be productive and there's not that many players that can achieve that.

It went a bit quite in 76erville after a hot start but a sudden bit of competition from Boston and others at the +.500 mark in the NBA has them suddenly wide awake. Great win today as Kevin Martin just edges Eddie A in a shooting duel that went beyond the usual four and into OT. KM gets the top scorer and game winner honours as he was clutch down the stretch and the Nets were missing their closer as Mr Jordan watched from the sides. Nice double double effort from Thadeus Young - I think Thadeus would be a great name for a Monty Python character...
